The Sessions with Renée Paquette podcast is about sharing interesting stories. Renée Paquette is a Canadian TV personality known within the wrestling community. Renée has worked for both WWE and All Elite Wrestling (AEW). She has spent most of her career reporting both backstage and ringside.

Renée started The Sessions with Renée Paquette podcast in 2020 because of her love of conversation. She admits to finding people fascinating. So she wants to know their stories and backgrounds. In each new episode, she invites actors, entertainers, and sports competitors to share their lives. And, of course, since she's married to a wrestler, wrestling fans will enjoy this series.

In the first episode of The Sessions with Renée Paquette, she interviewed her husband, Jon Moxley. Jon is an AEW world champion. He talks to Renée about his childhood and getting into amateur wrestling. Another name in pro wrestling to join the podcast is Brian Myers. Brian talks about life in and out of the ring and how he balances the two. He also talks about how professional wrestling has changed and his storyline highlights. And, of course, it's not all men in the wrestling world. Renée chats with pro wrestler Marina Shafir. They discuss the art of timing within the sport and the contrasting world of motherhood.

The Sessions also discusses other subjects. Renée invites DJ Emilio Sparks to the podcast. Their interview forms part of a "Best of the Sessions" episode. Here they showcase popular highlights. Emilio talks to Renée about everything from male PMS to dental surgery. Another non-wrestling guest is Brian Quinn, the star of the TV show Impractical Jokers. On the program, Brian teams up with his old schoolmates to produce a hidden camera show. They discuss the hangover feeling following an episode of the show. Plus, Brian talks about his early career as a firefighter on the streets of New York. It's stories from personalities like Brian that make The Sessions with Renée Paquette so entertaining.
