Jovita Mascarenhas, Founder of Bartisans. Alongside her son Jordan, she created this successful cocktail mixer brand in August 2021. It all started with their shared passion for mixing cocktails at home. Realizing the need to share their creations, they worked tirelessly, launching their ready-to-drink mixers in November 2022.
With 25+ years as a serial entrepreneur, her expertise spans design, print, packaging, and manufacturing. She excels in business management, resource allocation, product design, and hands-on manufacturing. Sourcing, quality check, and visual merchandising are among my strengths. A motivated team player, she is skilled in communication and lifelong learning.
Her previous ventures include Shady Ideas, crafting eco-friendly lighting, and Supernatural, specializing in recycled corporate gifting. Her background in Hotel Management and Food Technology has paved the way for her return to the beverage industry, where she feels truly at home.
Music, cooking, and travel are her personal interests, shaping her well-rounded perspective. Through Bartisans, she aims to elevate the cocktail experience, by creating exceptional mixers.
Jordan - Jordan is a certified bartender from the European Bartenders School, who has completed his B.Sc. Hospitality at the Don Bosco College of Hospitality Studies. As our resident mixologist, he curates our menu, develops the recipes, sources the freshest of ingredients and handles production.

I work with several elite brands to help them develop Food Safety Programs and also work closely with FSSAI for implementing the new food safety orders in the country.
