Rory is the Director of Business Development and Athlete representative at Mayhem Nation, where he works alongside the CrossFit goat himself, Rich Froning. Before working with Mayhem, Rory was well known publicly through his role as Media Director and on-camera personality for CrossFit and the Host of the CrossFit Games from 2010-2017. Rory was instrumental in the viral growth that CrossFit experienced, and he accumulated a wealth of industry knowledge and experience during those years, before ultimately being let go by the organization. During our conversation we talk about the impact of this life transition, the importance of faith during that time, and the identity struggle of rediscovering himself away from CrossFit. Simply put, Rory is a stud. He has a really approachable charisma that makes you feel like you've known him forever the first time you speak. Above it all, he is an incredible man, husband, and father, and it was an honor to host him on the show.
