Joining Lewis this time is heart and kidney transplant recipient and Transplant Team GB athlete, Jade Carr. Jade's events include table tennis, badminton, 100m, javelin and ball throw.


Jade opens up about what she can remember about the heart transplant she had at the age of 3 as well as her more recent kidney transplant experience after spending time on dialysis.


She has taken part in the British, European and World Transplant Games over more than 20 years and speaks about her sporting achievements, how it feels to represent Team GB and other stories from the games.
