EP 27 | Dr Jeff Hart: Can a Bodybuilder be Too Big For Golf? How To Lift Weights and Still Be Mobile
It doesn't get better than Dr Jeff Hart! Bodybuilder, former CrossFitter and Powerlifter, TPI Certified Physical Therapist and chiropractor, Dr Jeff does it all. Hear his answer when we ask him if he thinks it's possible for bodybuilders to be mobile enough for golf. Dr. Hart, an Ohio native and exercise science graduate from Miami University, has a lifelong passion for sports and health. He gained experience in outpatient physical therapy after earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, treating patients of all ages and skill levels, including athletes, for orthopedic, neurological, and balance impairments, sports medicine, and manual therapies. He has also received specialized training in Strength and Conditioning, Graston Technique, body tempering, dry needling, functional range conditioning, and POSE running techniques. Dr. Hart remains active in competitions such as powerlifting, CrossFit, bodybuilding and currently pursuing his pro card in open bodybuilding in the NPC.
