Kickstart Coffee is fuelling education, one delicious cup at a time.

When their founder, Hannah Nunn, visited Uganda on a student nursing trip in 2002, it planted a seed that later grew into a sustainable business empowering Ugandan children through education.

How? Every penny of profits made from selling their ethically sourced Ugandan speciality coffee is poured into supporting the local community. They fund teachers’ salaries so children can attend The Early Learning School in Entebbe, which currently educates 270 children aged 3-13. Where possible, they fund school fees for older children too.

Kickstart Coffee also provides food for the school and for families, further supporting the community by buying from local growers.

Hannah’s passion is to foster a safe learning environment where children can thrive and fulfil their dreams.
