Chef, RD and Prep Dish founder Allison Schaaf shares 6 ways to add dates to your diet. Dates are specifically recommended if you’re in your third trimester of pregnancy, but they’re also a healthy way to add sweetness to foods without spiking your blood sugar, whether or not you’re pregnant. Dates are a regular part of the Prep Dish meal plans for good reason!
If you have a sweet tooth and want to avoid refined sugar, make sure to give this one a listen for some healthy alternatives.
