Hi and welcome to episode 6! Today I am talking movies and everything in between with my guest, Tracy Frankland! Tracy is a registered nurse with over 25 years experience in the perioperative area.

Tracy was a part of the Cardiac Program for 18 years.  She graduated from the Health Coach Institute in October 2021 with a Health Coach and Life Coach Certificates. Tracy is a co-author of two books, one is called Blessings of COVID. She hosts a podcast called; What Has Changed Your life. This is streamed on Magnetic FM radio, which is affiliated with iHeart Radio and Facebook on her page, @kangooclubkicks. She has been interviewed on multiple podcasts to discuss mental health and her breast cancer journey. 10 years Cancer free! She is a group fitness instructor with 6 years experience teaching Kangoo Jumps and over a years experience teaching Poundfit. Tracy is a proud member of Team Canada for Kangoo Jumps and is an International Presenter for Kangoo Jumps.
