There's a big debate about whether you need a 'niche' to grow or be successful on social media, and it's no secret that social media and the way it works is ever changing. In my opinion, the word 'niche' is a lot more broad than it's most used intended interpretation - i like to think of it more as a passion and way of sharing it that makes you identifiable and unique, not an already existing aesthetic invented and made popular by others. So here's my advice, experience and some tips on why a niche can be valuable, how to find yours and how to utilise it to grow on social media. I also think this outlook can be useful to develop in a lot of other areas in life too, not just social media (incase that isn't your goal!) In this episode we are going to dive deep into love languages what your love language is and how you can use that to become happier, kinder and more filled with love. Because at the end of the day, the love you have yourself is more important than any other love you will experience in life.  I read an entry from my journal which I don’t think I’ve ever done with or to anyone, but it was such a special message I wanted to share! I am so passionate about having love towards yourself, but sometimes it can be so hard to know how to do that, especially when you’re not in the mood. I had two a-ha moments that lead to the idea I’m sharing today: I was travelling solo in Paris and another when I was Journalling about feeling disconnected. Love languages can be so easy to roll your eyes at, but I have gained so much by knowing what my love language is and knowing what the love languages of the people around me are. So why when we know how to love other people and how we like to receive love, do we not use that to love ourselves!? I am now on a mission to show myself love in a way that I know I like to receive it. I've been travelling lots recently and something that is SO important to me is capturing it but ALSO being present and living it in the moment. Sometimes we'll feel a pressure to work hard, set goals, hustle etc. and other times were told to live slowly and softly and go with the flow and most times I have NO IDEA what to listen to. Burnout.. a creatives worst nightmare and something that affects everyone at some point, to some extent. It's a feeling of no inspiration, finding things that would usually be a piece of cake, a whole 16 person pie. It hits us when we push a little too far on something and our body says 'give me break or else'! But, I genuinely do believe its something that can be avoided!
