Hi everyone at Agnieszka of A1 ALGARVE REAL ESTATE coming to you today about a hot topic on a hot market it is beginning March 2022 and consistently for the last several months if not may be more than a year we’ve been in what could be described as a very hot market and what that means is it’s a sellers market and often times when you put an offer in on a home it’s going into multiples .
It has been a while since our last podcast program!
We had to take a break because of the amazing amount of BUYERS coming our way to invest their cash money. We have been showing properties almost 24/7 while our virtual inquiries calmed down.
Anyway, great to have you back on my program which continues to catch up with every-day questions regarding the real estate market in the Algarve.
So let's go back to what happened just now: investing in property to get your money invested in a safe place away from the turmoils of central Europe.
Here in the Algarve we have been in a seller's market for some time now.
This seller's market is driven by low inventory, low mortgage rates and plenty of cash buyers who intend to invest in a safe place further away from the turmoils of the central Europe. The last few homes we sold went into multiple offers and you may be surprised on why the seller choose one buyer over the next.....*hint* it's not always price!
The feedback I’m hearing from my buyer clients is that this is incredibly stressful and often times heartbreaking and I totally get that.
