The Miracles of Quantum Energy ~ Guest, Tom Paladino
The Miracles of Quantum Energy ~ Guest, Tom Paladino  Let's Talk Wellness - with Host, Mara James  Scalar energy is a quantum energy. And whether you have or have not heard of it, you are in for a treat. This week, Mara welcomes Tom Paladino for a conversation about his research in scalar energy, his own experiences using it, and the miraculous things he has witnessed it can do.  Tom Paladino is a researcher and humanitarian seeking to make a difference in the world by providing people with the education and tools to restore optimal health, and by helping enhance their quality of life.  Tom began research with Scalar Energy during his undergraduate years after developing a deep admiration for the father of Scalar Energy research or knowledge, Nikola Tesla. He was also able to study the work of a man Hieronymus who continued research on Scalar Energy. Hieronymus’ major contributions included unbinding the RNA/ DNA bonds of microbes plaguing the agricultural industry (rendering them harmless).  The existence of such energy not found within the electromagnetic spectrum, fascinated Tom. Inspired by these findings, he pursued a course of independent study seeking to better understand and subsequently harness Scalar Energy, through the development of an instrument called “Scalar Light”.  Tom is sharing an amazing offer for you to experience scalar energy for yourself, with 15 days of FREE scalar light sessions. Journey of Reflection – A Healing Journey ~ Guest, Helen Marie Diaz
Journey of Reflection – A Healing Journey ~ Guest, Helen Marie Diaz Let's Talk Wellness - with Host, Mara James  Childhood trauma can leave invisible scars as well as visible ones.  And they often go unacknowledged until things build to a breaking point. For some, it sets the perfect storm for a break down to be a break through. This week, Mara welcomes Helen Marie Diaz to share her experience of breaking down, breaking through and becoming free to inspire others to their own healing journey.  At nearly 50 years old, Helen began clinical therapy for the first time and was diagnosed with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) and depression. As a survivor of physical and emotional child abuse by her father, Helen started writing poetry to help her process the trauma while in clinical therapy. Reading her poems in therapy helped her through this journey of understanding, overcoming, and healing. That is when Helen decided to publish her poems in her new book called Journey of Reflection, A collection of Poems.   Helen is a proud Chicana, born in East Los Angeles (ELA), California. Growing up in a low-income, unstable household, Helen is the first and only child among 10 siblings to obtain a college education.   Helen has over 30 years of experience working in the non-profit field. She served in senior management positions managing critical programs and helping others to overcome their own adversities. Helen has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino, and a master’s degree in Public Health from Capella University. Helen is now working as a speaker, trainer, podcaster, and consultant to bring greater awareness of the effects of childhood trauma with the mission to destigmatize mental health.  Find Helen’s book Journey of Reflection, A Collection of Poems on her website - https://inspirationbyhelen.com/journey-of-reflection  Find more with Helen at www.inspirationbyhelen.com  Or on Facebook @InspirationbyHelen, and Instagram @inspirational_helen, and LinkedIn @helen-diaz-acevez     * * *  "Let's Talk Wellness" was inspired by the desire to share the HUGS center with the world!
