Season 4 SAY WHAAAAAT! Oh, how I have missed you all! It feels so good to be back!
It was a pleasure to kickstart the season with Gizzi Erskine, the beautiful and hugely talented chef, TV personality and model!
She may be a trained body piercer, but we are here for the food! The pop-up restaurant veteran discusses her lifechanging time at culinary school, growing up with a very bohemian mother and her insane school lunches. Her gorgeous cat, Kimchi, makes an appearance whilst Gizzi explains to me the situation faced by the agricultural industry and the changes we need to make to better our farming culture, and ultimately, the planet. She's a beautiful soil and it was so wonderful to finally have her on the podcast!
