She talks about her wonderful upbringing with a real mixture of food and cuisines being around her English mother and Ghanaian father and she dissects what Ghanaian food is and her memories of it. We also had an interesting conversation about the state of the food and farming industry. How bad cheap food (namely meat) and factory farming is.
She discusses the different mediums of acting and we obviously touch on Bridgerton; it’s global success, Shonda Rhimes and the character of Lady Danbury
I discover the shocking food available on film sets, and she explains how she works around it. But to make a sad story happy, I find out just how much she loves sherry trifle!!
