Season 4: Episode 12: Bettina Campolucci Bordi

Crazy Sexy Food

01-06-2021 • 44 mins

It was wonderful to have acclaimed plant based chef, Bettina Campolucci Bordi on this week. She’s just finished writing her third book and spared me some time to talk all about her colourful upbringing in Tanzania and Sweden and the difference in food culture.

She dissects the vegan vs plant based debate and details how she got into the food industry via the hotel and hospitality industries.

She also opens up about her past health issues, and the reasons why she eventually turned plant based. Oh, and she lets us all know about where to buy the best bread in London!
