The Power of a Smile
A simple smile can trigger the release of neuropeptides that improve your neural communication. And as we stated before, it also causes the release of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin, which can boost your mood. Think of smiling as a natural antidepressant. And in this ghetto world of sin, we need more natural antidepressants. I believe everyone incorporates a smile into SOMETHING! That they do. Whether it’s in their personal life while showing gratitude, satisfaction, happiness or simply shaking off an awkward moment. I promise you that you have smiled and it felt great, immediately or shortly after. I bet it even trickled into a little laugh. Timestamp: 7:07 - Have you experienced any of these examples? When faced with good situations, smile - don’t be afraid to show your gratitude in the universe for providing you with this special moment. When faced with adversities, pause and then smile. There is a lesson and there will be good that comes out of it. Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance your mood will change for the better. There is never any good without the bad. You can never get to 100% without first being at 0%.

Are you standing in your own way?! Are you failing to plan because you're overwhelmed or scared? US TOO BOO! But that's okay. All we need sometimes is a little reminder. That gentle nudge and that's why we are all here. Planning can be a problem because sometimes we get too caught up in the “commitment” of it all. You’re seldom afraid of setting too many things in stone, that you may start to feel restricted and stuck. But don’t feel as if your plans don’t deserve to take a new direction sometimes. Start now and stop worrying about whats to come.  Make it fun! It doesn't need to be the old agendas we used to get in school but we need something that will keep us on track and hold us accountable. Set aside time out of your day to foster the needs of work while including the needs to feed your soul. Utilize your tools and resources and stay on top of things. You got this! We got you
