On this episode we had the absolute privilege to speak with Andrew Jenkins, star of the BBC smash hit 'The Traitors'.


Andrew shared his fascinating story of surviving a near fatal car accident where he was pronounced dead at the side of the road and then spent four weeks in a coma fighting for his life. He has overcome severe physical and mental health challenges leading him on a massive journey of reflection.


This was a truly inspirational chat, packed full of life lessons. We spoke of many things, including, vulnerability, talking, limiting beliefs, the Chimp Paradox and helping to inspire others
