This week, we are super excited to introduce a very dear friend of ours. We've told countless stories about him, Abu voted him as the funniest guy in our friend group and he is not only the very first of our friend group to come on the podcast, he's popping our GUEST cherry altogether. This week, Athavan and Abu go into the various ways they have been taking care of themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, etc. over this quarantine and just, in general. It is one of those topics that is talked about more and more nowadays, but different practices/rituals work for different people, so here is the perspective from "The Paradigm Podcast".

On this weeks episode we discuss the many lessons and hardships that were learned from 2020 and how we are going to take these lessons and grow from them going into 2021.

Abu and Athavan are changing up the format of the podcast now to try and do focused topics for 30-45 mins in length. We got a lot of feedback from our audience and the number one thing we heard was that people wanted to hear us go more in detail with certain topics, so we figured we could try this as a new direction.

We got a lot of interesting feedback from everyone and people really wanted us to go in depth with certain topics of conversation. Abu and Athavan really try to bring thoughtful discussions to the "Paradigm" every time, so they appreciate any and all feedback given.
