In the sleepy village of Arskham Wychway, all is not well.... there's a thief on the prowl and they have been targeting Gwenny's washing line! Most mysteriously however, they are only making off with her under garments?!! Here we are, only two weeks since initial incident and they have just struck for the Fourth time! Clearly something has to be done and done as soon as possible, as nobody is feeling safe (& Gwen's down to her last bra!).
