Silence creates space for creativity, processing and reflection. Fillers steal this from you. Embrace the opportunity silence provides.

Take stock. Think of yourself a year ago and reflect on the habits you have gained since. Take stock and celebrate how far you have come.

I believe humans are self serving and every behavior is a self-regulating survival attempt. No one is intentionally trying to hurt us.

We get to run. Running is a privilege. Every run is a celebration of that. You are a runner, we all are.

Changing your identity does not need to be linear. As a runner, I did not need to become a swimmer first then become a cyclist to become a triathlete. I get to just become that.

In order to quantum leap you must release concepts of following a certain number of steps or order. Know you are worthy now, believe you are going to have it, you get to skip steps. Hold the pose.

When you try something new you may experience a First timer Fail. Be okay with being really bad. Continue to show up; growth is inevitable.

Money is here to serve you. Money is neutral. Money follows your orders.

There may be hesitation and intimidation when something we have wanted becomes available. Validate your fears and feelings, then coach you.

The value of our money is dwindling by the day. Take your power back and improve your financial literacy. Time stops for none.

Our thoughts have weight. The load is only heavy until you decide to empty it’s content. What thoughts you are choosing to carry? The choice is yours.
