Toni and Angela share stories around the wisdom our horses gift us through the language of emotions and the impact those emotions have on ourselves, our herd and our human relationships.

They also explore how horses support us in our reflection of the messages of our emotions and teach us to be comfortable with the expression of our emotions through a lens of curiosity without judgement.
