Two men from Yakima accused of possessing $750,000 worth of fentanyl are now out of jail.
“How does this happen without the top two law enforcement officers of the county not even know it?” asked Tulare County District Attorney Tim Ward.
Ward and Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux says they didn't learn about the release until Monday.
"That's incredibly frustrating for someone who's responsible for public safety," Boudreaux said.
