Christine has worked in the healthcare and wellbeing sector since 1979 when she started training as a nurse. She qualified as a General and Sick Children’s Nurse and worked in Accident and Emergency and Cardio-thoracics. She has always been interested in new ways to help people and was delighted to train as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist with The Quest Institute in 2007. After qualifying in Suicide Prevention and recovery, she now teaches growth approaches and delivers training, to groups as well as providing one to one sessions to people with suicidal thoughts and behaviours.
