This weeks conversation is with the wonderful Paul Jones, Owner and Managing Director of Cloudwater Brew Co. I can't even begin to tell you how much of their beer I have drank and how much of a fan I am, both of the brand and of Paul as a person.

Cloudwater are Manchester based craft beer brewery who constantly stay ahead of the curve not only with beer but also with their ethics in the workplace and their attitude towards social issues. Did I mention I'm a huge fan?
