Energy is what the universe is made up of.  Human beings are all electrical offering different frequencies all the time. The key to have the life you want,  is to increase your vibrational frequency and life force so that it matches your desires.

The faster the speed of energy you hold in your body with the application of the 4 disciplines - the better,  though your body does need to adjust itself to higher frequencies before it acclimates and stabilises.

Much like the new  fibre optic broadband cables, the information that travels through them (like life- force) is energy that travels faster to your router than say the old 'dial up' broadband .

The same analogy applies with your ability to know and perceive beyond what you can do now. With faster energy you get the upgraded package to life and it's all in your own hands.

Learning and applying the 4 disciplines will help you reach higher states of the allowance of life force. It requires effort and self control though is totally worth the dedication when you swim and bathe in your own natural high energy.
