Helen Money
Helen has over 15 years experience with a BSc in Human Nutrition and a MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition and has been contracted by Oxford University to provide nutrition support to the blues sports teams and elite level student athletes also a consultant to Cambridge University press working on the nutrition society's world leading research journals and a guest lecturer at the University of Westminster.
Helen is an expert and gives sports nutrition advice and plans for training, performance, recovery, injury risk reduction and injury rehabilitation.
Helen is very experienced across a range of sports including rowing, athletics, triathlon, cycling, fencing, boxing, judo, hockey, swimming, waterpolo, squash, equestrian, gymnastics and cricket. Helen has worked with athletes competing at Olympic and world championship level through to enthusiastic amateurs or those embarking on their first triathlon or marathon. Helen has supported many athletes competing in extreme conditions such including Marathon De Sables, Namib Desert Ultra and Kona IronMan World Championships.
