I’ll be exploring all types of wellbeing with the help of experts, influencers and enthusiasts, so that hopefully you can become inspired to find the type that makes you tick. We’ll be talking about activities like forest bathing and massage, but also concepts, like the mental health impact of filters and face and body editing online, and coping with grief after the death of a loved one.
