Currently, he is the Franchise Owner of ActionCOACH in Lebanon and in this position he also coaches Business Owners, CEOs and other top-level executives. Before being a coach, Gaby spent with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) more than 12 years were he was the Director in charge of the consulting practice in Beirut. With PwC, he was leading a team of 15 consultants acting across the Middle East and delivering work around strategy, operational effectiveness, technology effectiveness, human capital and change, internal audit and risk management.  Today and as a Coach, Gaby helps business owners, leaders, and teams grow and achieve their goals through alignment, re-education, coaching, and mentoring. His experience in strategic planning and coaching has helped leaders to grow from “working in the business” to “working ON the business” allowing them to focus more on their areas of growth.
